1. Booking Terms
By making a booking request through Hotel Buhara Family Inn website, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. A booking is confirmed only after the hotel team sends written confirmation to your email or WhatsApp.
Booking Confirmation
- Booking requests are sent directly to the hotel management
- The hotel will confirm availability and provide final terms
- Payment terms (if required) will be specified in confirmation
- Your booking reference number will be provided upon confirmation
2. Guest Responsibilities
Age & Identity
- You must be at least 18 years old to make a booking
- The person making the booking must be able to check in
- Valid government-issued ID will be required at check-in
Accurate Information
- All information provided during booking must be accurate and complete
- You are responsible for any damages caused by providing false information
- Guest count cannot exceed the room's maximum occupancy
3. Check-In & Check-Out
- Check-in: 3:00 PM or later (subject to availability)
- Check-out: 11:00 AM
- Early check-in and late checkout available upon request (may incur additional charges)
- Luggage storage available after checkout
4. Room Rates & Payment
- Rates shown are per room per night
- Rates do not include local taxes (added at checkout)
- Breakfast is included in all listed rates
- Payment is due as per the confirmation terms
- We accept credit cards, bank transfer, and cash
5. House Rules
Conduct & Behavior
- Guests must respect other guests' comfort and privacy
- Noise restrictions: Quiet hours 10:00 PM - 8:00 AM
- No smoking inside rooms (smoking allowed on balcony/terrace)
- Weapons, explosives, and illegal substances are prohibited
- The hotel reserves the right to refuse service to disruptive guests
Room Safety
- Use safes for valuables (not responsible for lost items)
- Do not leave doors/windows unlocked when room is unattended
- Report maintenance issues immediately
- Do not remove room furnishings or artwork
6. Liability & Damages
- Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the room or facilities
- Hotel is not responsible for stolen, lost, or damaged personal items
- Insurance coverage is recommended for valuable possessions
- The hotel reserves the right to charge for damages to property
7. Special Requests
- All special requests are subject to availability
- Hotel will make reasonable efforts to accommodate requests
- No guarantee can be made for specific requests
